Whether you have used Hot Dallas Apartments or not, if you send a referral our way and they sign a lease with us, you receive a $50 Gift Card of your choice when the referral moves in.
To qualify, you must let us know who your referral is prior to them going to or contacting an apartment community. The referral must make sure Hot Dallas Apartments is mentioned to the leasing agent as the referral source and listed on the Guest Card prior to touring the property, as well as listed on the Application when they apply.
Once we verify Hot Dallas Apartments is on the Guest Card and Application, you will receive the $50 Gift Card at move-in! It's that easy.
